Step 1)

Please also provide the your SEN License number. Information also to provide for faster resolution:
  • Jira version (Software, Service Desk, or Core) and app/plugin verdsion.
  • Specify if using Cloud version: App version.
Step 2)
If you do not get a reply within 48 hours, please email to this address (yp@youngplugins.com), and mark the subject "Issue Type Filters Help". Inform also about the SEN License number, and version info as above in step 1.
